Planet Earth and Life series are the best one’s I ve ever watched and David Attenborough’s narration is simply the best . Hope to see more series of this sort narrated only by David Attenborough and Nobodyelse. He is now become my Personal HERO.

I also would like to get the original version with Sir Attenborough’s
narration. Oprah does a poor job of imitating him, and you can tell she does not understand much of what she is saying.
Also, I have been searching to no avail to find the meaning of the theme music. I’m sure it is an African dialect. Please help!!

I love this series but am trying to see if I can find the original on dvd/blu ray. Where I live they removed David’s narration and replaced it with Oprah Winfrey! I hate it when they do that – David Attenborough is the greatest!

Once again the American and Canadian versions have replaced Attenborough’s narration. This time with Oprah Winfrey. What a crying shame.

Ever since i started watching your documenaries, i have come to realise the awesome wonders and the abundance of life in the planet we live in. Unfortunately, i may not have watched most of your documentaries being commented about, but the few i have seen in some of the series – like – life in the freezer, the coral reef, life of mammals, the hunting game,etc, especially the parting shot in one of your documentaries about chimps, gorillas and we humans, are an eye opener. How i wish i could walk into any video stall and find your documentaries – the blue planet, planet earth and the complete “Life series” i definitely would be glad.
