FAIR. announces the rise of transparent and sustainable ethics in the spirits industry by associating expert distillers from the well-known region of Cognac in France to independent third world farmers.

FAIR. aims at bringing to the consumers the finest spirits possible exclusively produced from fair-trade ingredients.

This February, FAIR. VODKA will be joining other high end spirits on the shelves of Selfridges and Harvey Nichols in London and the rest of the UK. FAIR. VODKA is the first fair trade Vodka but also the first Quinoa based one! Known as the ‘mother of all grains’, quinoa is an exceptional source of protein, and has long been the staple diet of Andean people, where it was seeded for the first time by the Incas more than 5000 years ago. FAIR. VODKA is extraordinary clear with a pure flavour, a well-balanced texture and a light elegant finish. FAIR. GOJI, is the first liqueur made from the legendary and sacred goji Berry and it exclusively launches in Harvey Nichols this month. With notes of cranberry, cherry and plum it is an exciting new ingredient for innovative cocktail making.
