Also following Berlin’s ethos is a focus on independence: Lux 11’s apartment-hotel concept means that rooms are equipped with sleek kitchenettes. Urban-lifestyle mavens who like having their fingers on the pulse of the action – more than a few celebrities have thrown parties here – prefer staying at Lux 11 for extended stays, as if they’d temporarily moved to Berlin’s most vibrant neighbourhood and made it their very own.
