Guys know that a massive yet attractive chest is paramount when working out and even more so when showing it off at the beach

Some guys like to round off the chest exercises with a bicep curl or two and maybe even a few crunches to turn even more heads. Ask them to get into a speedo or even shorter than short-shorts, its the loudest “no” you’ve ever heard.

If guys aren’t being too modest about wearing shorts or perhaps even more so about the package that the shorts conceal, the deepest embarrassment of all could be the chicken legs that the ever so long board shorts are not revealing.

For some reason and I must agree, legs don’t really top the chart when it comes to working out.

Truth is, if you want to be proportioned and as asymmetrical as possible, working out the legs is just as important as the rest of the body. That’s like having a nice car yet the rims aren’t as complementary or the opposite. I use to dedicate a certain day for legs like I would any other body part and the routine of working out legs, just didn’t appeal to me, like it doesn’t several people.

Try doing this next time.

Days 1-4 for me are chest, shoulders, arms and then back. I do a leg part each one of those days. I feel it’s beneficial for me because I am killing two birds with one stone. I always like to get a pump in the upper torso area before I leave the gym so it looks like I have accomplished something, yet I like to know that I am working out my full body as well, its a psychological thing but hear me out. So try leg curls and leg extensions on one day, then squats the next, calves on the third day, and then the adductor/abductor machine for your inner and outer legs; yes we can forget about that part, works best for me. I am not as over whelmed with the full workout but just a simple exercise or two per day, towards the end of the workout. Since its would be just an exercise or two, I can ensure that I am giving it 110% and not half assin’ anything where as a full leg day, I usually just do the 2-3 sets per exercise not really giving it all that I have, leaving the gym a little uneasy about my workout.
