Melbourne Spice Market
Relish the opulent Middle Eastern and Far Eastern experience of the exotic new Melbourne Spice Market
At the newly redeveloped Grand Hyatt Melbourne, the lavish Spice Market takes its inspiration from the ancient Spice Route, and has been exquisitely furnished to reflect this famous journey from Asia Minor through to the Far East.
Upon entering the subterranean world of Spice Market, like riding a magic carpet, you are transported to a more exotic time and place. Owners, Dean and Geremy Lucas and Robert and Victor Zagame, have travelled the world collecting antiques, unique furniture and objects of art, combining them with luxe fabrics, an abundance of colour, ceramic and glass mosaics, rich in every detail. There is even an antique temple anteroom that was dismantled piece by piece then rebuilt and converted into and elevated private lounge.
The premium beverage offer includes the signature Turkish Delight Martini whilst a menu of Mezze style dishes of authentic Middle Eastern flavours, designed and overseen by Greg Malouf, executive chef MoMo, ensures a distinctive and exceptional experience.
Spice Market promises a bar experience that elevates style and service to a new “stratosphere”.
