The death of Michael Jackson made a deep impact on singer and entertainer Martyn Lucas – who’s One Night in Vegas show, contains a tribute to the Moon walking superstar.
“I have been a big fan for years,” says Martyn. “I was very privileged to have met him back stage and have a brief pre show conversation when he came to Wembley on 12th July 1997. So I’m really pleased we feature him in the show – I can’t say how it’s done but you will see him moonwalk and everything else.”
The Michael Jackson interlude is just a small part of One Night in Vegas, which aims to bring the glitz and glamour of the world’s gambling capital to every corner of Britain.
Martyn Lucas a world renowned singer and musician having performed all around the World including as the Phantom in Vegas. While other projects have seen him tour Europe and presenting his own solo show at Euro Disney.
In 2005 he launched his new show One Night in Vegas which has now toured theatres all over the UK and has received rave reviews from many including THE LONDON PALLADIUM.
During the evening, the outstanding showman and pianist will deliver a selection of numbers including songs from Phantom of the Opera, Lion King, Copacabana & Dreamgirls and classics from Frank Sinatra, Bobby Darin, Elton John, Elvis, Barry Manilow and a special appearance from Michael Jackson.
Accompanied by musicians from the world acclaimed British Philharmonic Orchestra who have accompanied the likes of Shirley Bassey and Michael Ball.
The One Night in Vegas showgirls make-up a classic evening of Vegas-style music and production which has been wowing audiences all over the country.
