you look fab Sally. I was huige, and have dieted/exercised without any medical help (all on my own) and have lost 11.5 stone in total…size 14 now and feeling great!

Just wanted to say Well Done!! you look fantastic. I had my Gastric bypass on Wednesday and I like you had tried every diet going, even
joined a gym and was the fattest there but still kept going. I have waited 3 years for the operation and apart from being sore and uncomfortable I have no regrets. I too can now go shopping in Primark and not feel I am out of place.

Hello Sally, we came to see you in Tunbridge Wells , you are such a lovely lady. Has any one helped you to write a book about your gastic band if you can only drink fliud., Do you always have to have check ups. I know how busy you adr I have just lost my Mum I now feel she is with my Dad, but you give me such hope.

I can’t agree with all this – I just think its wrong that you can spend that amount on food each week (203 quid??) this op and personal trainer, etc. Its your ‘followers’ who have paid for your lifestyle, dear. The words ‘con’ and ’scam’ spring to mind – Someone I know went to one of your performances, and was disgusted at the Sally money making machine, and your attitude on and off stage. Wrong wrong wrong – I just hope the world of Spirit are kind to you when you eventually get there yourself…….

I am thinking of a Bypass surgery as i care for my husband who became tetraplegic after an accident and i want to be healthy to carry on. I also want to feel and look better and run around with my grandson and any future grand children.
I love what you do and believe you have a wonderful gift and i wsh you all the best in life.

Hi Sally,

I came to see one of your shows two years ago and have watched your programmes on Living. I reached the conclusion I needed HELP with my weight which has distressed me for 20 years. I had started to research when your weightloss programme aired and it convinced me. I found your surgeon who is Mr Wonderful and his wife, what a team! I was released from Hospital today following the surgery so this is The First Day of the Rest of My Life. Thank you for having the courage to inspire others. PS to anyone out there it certainly is not an easy, cheap or simple option.

May I say how wonderful your gift and you are. I’m an Essex girl who has been so inspired by your bypass and yet so pleased with your success.

So much so that I saw my own GP for a gastric bypass. I wish I had your willpower. Seeing you on TV again this evening has inspired me to try again. I hope to see you on your current tour early next year. Good luck and well done

I am wiating for my apt to get the bypass done, and i look forward to walking and not being out of breath…getting in the bath and reaching the tap….riding a bike……looking nice and feeling healthy…..not being lazy …not eating rubbish food…i know its not a walk in the park…but normal skinny people Dont eat loads of food !!!! do they ???? so be it …i want to be normal like them.
if i can go in the shops and buy a size 12/14 i will be sooooooo happy i wont crae about how ive got there…I want to get up in a morning and put a pair of jeans and a tee shirt and look nice, with no fat bum and fat belly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
