The new Sherlock Holmes film by Guy Ritchie starring Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law
Director Guy Ritchie will take on a legend with his next new film, an adaptation based on Arthur Conan Doyle’s great detective Sherlock Holmes.
The movie, which has been called Sherlock Holmes stars Robert Downey Jr. as the great detective Holmes and Jude Law will play Watson. Filming which has already caused a stir began in London in early October 2008.
In a dynamic new portrayal of Arthur Conan Doyle’s most famous characters, “Sherlock Holmes” sends Holmes and his stalwart partner Watson on their latest challenge. Revealing fighting skills as lethal as his legendary intellect, Holmes will battle as never before to bring down a new nemesis and unravel a deadly plot that could destroy the country.
