The fifth season of the hugely entertaining US hit Supernatural comes to LIVING

It’s the ultimate battle between good and evil

For most young people the biggest worry is getting a foot on the career or property ladder, but this week the Winchester brothers face a problem on a whole other scale – preventing Lucifer from escaping into the world and starting the Apocalypse – when the Fifth Season of hugely entertaining US hit Supernatural comes to LIVING.

At the start of this Wednesday’s double header, Dean and Sam are about to meet the devil face to face, when all of a sudden they find themselves transported on to a very turbulent flight. Was it angels that effected the dramatic rescue? There’s no time to ponder as the boys are off to continue their battle against ultimate evil.

Heading off Armageddon is a mighty task but the boys have one hope of battling Lucifer – the sword of the archangel Michael. Can they get to it before the demons do?

Then, in the second half of this week’s double helping of heavenly warfare, God has gone missing and, with Lucifer loose in the world, the boys’ buddy, the fallen angel Castiel, sees no alternative than to go looking for the wayward divinity. But first there’s the minor matter of a Colorado town infested with demons to deal with. While Castiel is scouring the earth for the ultimate weapon, Dean and Sam discover that what’s going on in small-town America is worse than they first feared – the first horseman of the Apocalypse has arrived.

It’s the end times for the world but just the beginning for Series Five of Supernatural only on LIVING.
