Biceps, triceps and shoulders are muscles that all go hand in hand when working out
It’s hard to workout one and not the other. Next to chest, these muscles are the most obvious to on lookers and make for a well-balanced physique. Most of us know that biceps have two muscles, triceps-three, and the shoulders, well a few more than that.
Deltoids: anterior, lateral and posterior delts and your trapezius and then onto more neck muscles from there. Arms are my favourite muscles to work out and I usually throw in a few shoulder exercises (military press) just to round off my work out.
Certain exercises for biceps are pretty straight forward such as the common standing bicep curl, then the standing bicep preacher curl, the hunched over bicep curl (Arnold curl) hammer curls to work the bridge, etc. My tricep workouts consist of skull crushers, tricep kickbacks, tricep pull downs, etc. For shoulders, generally I like to do the standing handstand push-ups and shoulder shrugs for maximum results.
